Features include Informatica Data Vault (highly compressed secure data store), keyword search tools, compliance management capabilities, SSL encryption, SSO authentication, integrated validation, support for major platforms (Oracle, Salesforce, SQL Server, Sybase, Teradata, Mainframe, CSV, and SML), and petabyte-level data transfer.

While working on Data Archive Product,I was responsible of following:

• Requirement gathering and elicitation from customers for Business Requirements
• Helping customer to implement the Databases with Informatica to achieve their goals
• Helping them in creating Mapping/Views/Virtual views to generate reports as per requirement
• Preparing Requirement Document with inputs from Customer and share the requirement with Developers and Product Management team to implement features
• Helping customer's from gathering requirements till delivery and making sure of Delivery in timely manner.
• Working on High Priority Technical cases raised by client and help them in resolving the case in timely manner.
• Supporting Developer teams in Identifying the BUG, implementing new features by logging request in JIRA
• Working closely with testing teams for test case design and UAT
• Supporting customer in production down issues where we need to identify and resolve the issue within 2 working days
• Working closely and Handling issues faced by customer and fix them in timely manner
• Proficient in mining meta data across the databases into ILM, Design complex and optimized SQL statements to extract and purge data from Production source in order to improve the performance of server
• Maintaining a 4.9/5 CSAT Survey from 100's of Clients throughout
• Attending meetings with Clients to understand the requirement and help them with get started from beginning
